Beroni WARRANTY POLICY - IMPLEMENTS

Every effort is made to ensure the highest possible standards of both material and workmanship.

1. Duration of Warranty:

Beri Udyog Pvt Ltd. (COMPANY) warrants to the purchaser of the product manufactured by them that the
Company authorized dealer will repair or replace any part thereof subject to limitations specified herein
below found to be defective in material or workmanship in their opinion, within (12 month) from the date
when the product is delivered new to the original customer (the purchaser)

2. Condition of Warranty:
2.1 The Company’s/seller liability will be limited to the repair or replacement of the part, which are proven
defective within the aforesaid warranty period in normal, proper use and service as per schedule, when
owned by the original buyer only.

2.2 Parts under warranty are

2.2.1 Main frame, Plank, Rotor assembly, Three point Linkage, trailer windows, pillars, parking
jack/stand.
2.2.2 Gearbox housing, drive shaft, Pinion shaft, transmission shafts Gears, etc.
2.2.3 Hopper, Transmission parts, Axle shaft, draw bar, hook, crumbler, Latch lock, U-clamps.
2.2.4 Hydraulic Cylinder, Hub, Ring Hitch, Spindle, bearing hub, Agri hub,
2.2.5 Laser Land Leveler system (Transmitter, Receiver & Control Box), Power mast, Tripod, motor,
pump.
2.2.6 Tines, mouldboard, Furrow, turnbuckle, Auger, Shocker,
2.2.7 *Disc & *Tyres (Follow separate warranty policy for Disc and Tyres)

2.3. The warranty shall not apply to and cover

2.3.1 All wearable parts blades, tip, bar point, shoe, shovels, bearings etc.
2.3.2 Items requiring replacement on account of regular service/maintenance such as oil seals, Gaskets
and Gearbox and Side Chain/Gear drive oils.
2.3.3 Paint, Reflector, indicator or stickers.
2.3.4 All fasteners nut & bolt, pins etc.
2.3.5 Wires and hose pipes.
2.3.6 PTO shaft and its parts.

2.4 The forgoing warranty doesn’t apply to or include repair or replacement as result of
2.4.1 Accident
2.4.2 Mis-application / misuse / mis-handling / wrong handling.
2.4.3 Lack of proper maintenance.
2.4.4 Repair improperly performed or replacement improperly installed by any person other than an
authorized representative.
2.4.5 Usage of oil not specified by the company.
2.4.6 Modification without acknowledgment of the Manufacturer.
2.4.7 Normal wear & tear, deterioration or damage.
2.4.8 Damage from the external influence as environment condition, heavy stones, fires disaster –
natural or otherwise and any act of God.

The use of the product with replacement part not manufactured or supplied by the Company will invalidate
this warranty.

3. General Qualification:

3.1 The Company desires and expects that the purchaser shall make thorough examination of the company
product before buying. The authorized dealer of the company’s product are in no way the legal agent of the
company and have no right or authority to give any other warranty, assume any obligation on its behalf, or to
bind the company in anyway.

3.2 The Company’s liability under this warranty is dependent upon the strict observation by the purchaser of the
following provision:

3.2.1 The purchaser at the time of taking delivery shall complete, sign and return the product Delivery
Checklist and Warranty Card to the dealer.

3.2.2 The purchaser should ensure that all schedule service is carried out periodically without any lapse,
as per our recommendation, which is available in the Operator/Service Manual furnished with each
of the product/Implement.

3.2.3 Company reserve the right to make changes in the design or introduce any improvement or add
part on product at any time without incurring any obligation to install the same on product previously
sold.

4. Compensation Payable Under The Warranty:

4.1 The above warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and no person agent or
representative of the company is authorized to give any other warranties on the company’s behalf or to
assume other liability in connection with above product.

4.2 Adjustment claims or parts replacement under warranty will be sent by Sea/Road transport on the Freight
paid basis.
OR
Along with subsequent shipment to the buyer.
OR
In the event of urgent requirement the parts will be sent by air on “to-pay” basis.

4.3 Warranty parts will be sent to dealer only and not to end user. Company will not cover any transport costs.

4.4 The warranty shall not cover or include any duty or taxes incurred by the purchaser in relation to the product
or any incidental charges such as loss of use of product loss of time, expenses of fuel, demounting &
mounting, telephone, travel, lodging, transportation, loss or damage to personal property or any form of
commercial or other loss of revenue.

All proceeding relating to any dispute arising between the company and the purchaser on the liability of the
company under this warranty shall be taken in civil court having JURISDICTION in KARNAL only.
