Staff usage rating system being introduced to

Allegro

This new feature will allow users to view their BOSS rating
results. The rating system will be based on a number of factors,
including time and attendance, checking in & out at the correct
location and facial recognition verification. Users will be able to
view their ratings in the Allegro app on the home page to see
how they’re performing.
The rating system will range from Grade A – E, with A being a
top performer, and E needing room for improvement.
You will be able to view your BOSS rating on the home screen
as you login to Allegro. There will also be a “ALL” tab where you
can view your results per shift. See below screen shot as an
example.
Facial Verification Notification

To help ensure you’re receiving the best possible rating, we’ve

introduced an in-app notification that will alert you if your
facial verification photo during check-in has not been
successfully registered. This is aimed at raising awareness to
ensure you are checking in correctly for optimal results. Below
is how the message will appear in the BOSS app.
