This research study entitled "Modular Distance Learning: Its Effect to

Prosocial and Emotional Behaviors of Teachers in Cajidiocan Central Elementary

School" was conducted at Central Elementary School, Cajidiocan, Romblon. The

purpose of this study is to determine the prosocial and emotional behaviors of the

teachers during the implementation of modular distance learning. The researchers of

this study started with the formulation of questionnaire, which was submitted to their

research adviser for correction and validation. They requested permission from Dr.

Carmelinda M. Juanzo, Campus Director of Romblon State University, Cajidiocan

Campus to conduct this study in the said school. Based on the findings obtained on

this study, it was found that the implementation of modular distance learning is not

easy for the teachers, but it has not been an obstacle for them to be resolute in the task.

The teachers became more understanding with their fellow teachers, parent and

students. They also formed good organization and had a broad understanding of

things. Teachers have been stressed but despite this, they continue to serve to meet the

learning of their students. They became more practical in everything in order to have

a better outcome in the performance of the students. In addition, even though the

teachers are experiencing fatigue, stress, and frustration, this is not a reason for them

to be discouraged. They maintained good relations with each other so that people

could see that everyone was working together to protect the students' welfare during

this pandemic.
