－ B85M-HD3 : Hangs 15 －
The problem of B85M-HD3 is inserted three or more DDR will hang 15” no boot ，after
check DDRVTT voltage is up to 1.2V ( normal 0.75V)，U6 BAD ，after change it to test
ok ，as shown circuit below :

－ Z68MX-UD2H-B3 : Auto power on off －
The problem of Z68MX-UD2H-B3 is auto power on off ，after check the difference
POWER SUPPLY has a difference voltage for PSON as : 5V，3V，2.5V ，for this MB
used POWER with PSON is 2.5V，when plug ATX detects PSON is abnormal that will
cause power on off instantly ，at this time to check PSON is around 2V，after change
Q79 to test ok ，and PSON is recovered to 2.8V，Q79 BAD ，as shown circuit below :

 － Z87X-OC : PCIE16X 8X 4X card can’t display －
The problem of Z87X-OC is PCIE16X 8X 4X display card can’t display ，after check -PCIE_RST_X16
-PCIE_RST_X8 -PCIE_RST_X4 is disabled by PCIE SW , forward to check PCIE1_VCC3
PCIE3_VCC3 PCIE5_VCC3 PCIE7_VCC3 voltage all pulled LOW, all MOS pin GATE voltages is 2V
abnormal ( normal 12V), this pin GATE will be HI or LOW to depend on PCIE_SW to control , after
switching PCIE_SW to OFF status is ok , as shown circuit below :
ex : when PCIE_SW D_SW1 switch to ON that will cause PBQ22 pin MOS GATE LOW
PCIE1_VCC3沒動作,-PCIE_RST_X16沒出來也就PCIE16X抓不到，如下圖 :

－ 970A-D3 : NO BOOT”E3→00” loop －

The problem of 970A-D3 is NO BOOT”E3→00” loop ，after check VCC12_HT is only

0.8V(normal 1.2V)，forward to check VCC12_HT_EN is only 0.8V( normal 1.2V)，
BC109 BAD ，after change it to test ok ，as shown circuit below :

－ H61M-DS2 : Rest Hi－
The problem of H61M-DS2 is Reset hi，after check when reset hi that CPU_VTT
is not output ，Tu1 pin 4 impedance is too low around 250 ( normal 650)，TR65 BAD，
after change it to test ok ，as shown circuit below :

－X79-UD3 : Reset Hi －
The problem of X79-UD3 is Reset hi，after check IT8725 PIN 12 3VDUAL
voltage is not output ， DR246 BAD ，after change it to test ok ，as shown
circuit below :

－ X79-UD3 : Hangs at 67 －
The problem of X79-UD3 hangs 67，after check A_DRAM_PWROK0 and
A_DRAM_PWROK1 voltage are pulled LOW( normal 1.5V)，NQ11 BAD ，
after change it to test ok ，as shown circuit below :
