Berkshire Army Cadet Force Families Day 17th June 2023

1. Introduction: Each Adult Instructor, their family and guests are invited to an enjoyable Fun
and Relaxing Day on Saturday 17th June 2023 at the Cadet Training Centre, Bramley Training Area
RG26 5AW between 1200 – 2000 hrs (The only Cadets that will be invited are the children of
Cadet Force Adult Volunteers). You can invite your friends and your relatives to accompany you,
there is no cap on the amount of people you can bring with you, however your family (wife, partner,
girlfriend, boyfriend, husband and children will receive free entry) unfortunately if you invite your
friends and wider family members I would ask for a small charge of £5.00 to cover the food cost.

2. Format: The preparation for the day will start on Friday afternoon and be completed by
1100 hours on the Saturday 17th June 2023. The event will open at 1200 hrs and will close at
approximately 2000 hours there is no set time that individuals are requested to arrive and it is
hoped as many Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, their families and guests will attend as possible
even if it’s only for a couple of hours.

During the day it is hoped to present Cadet Force Adult Volunteers with Cadet Force Medals from
a VIP guest.

3. Facilities Available: A Professional Company has been hired to provide the following
facilities which meet Health and Safety Standards. The following entertainment will be available:

e. Adult and Children’s Disco Dome f. Mega Slide

g. Mountain Climb. h. Dart Board

i. Space Hopper Track j. Cash Bar

k. Buffet Lunch 1230 – 1330 hrs l. BBQ 1700 – 1800 hrs

m. Accommodation (First come First served basis)
