PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL received by him/her upon his/her actual confirmation of receipt thereof or after the lapse of seventy-two (72) hours from its successful transmittal by the sender, regardless of whether the CONSULTANT had actually opened or accessed the same, whichever comes first. It shall be the CONSULTANT’s responsibility to inform ACTIVEONE of any change on this designated email address. The CONSULTANT shall not refuse to give treatment or render medical service at the on-site clinic unless the medical issue before him requires specialized treatment, or involves a medical emergency, for which his expertise, the resources, and equipment at the on-site clinic, are insufficient. ‘The CONSULTANT shall timely comply with ACTIVEONE’s Daily Time Record policy (time-in and time-out; whether manually or through electronic means) and submit/transmit the same to the Clinic Staffing Team department, if needed. In case of failure to timely submit/transmit the DTR, CONSULTANT hereby authorizes ACTIVEONE to withhold the corresponding professional fee for the covered period, until complied with. The withheld professional fee shall not earn any interest. ActiveOne ACTIVEONE shall provide the CONSULTANT with adequate space and reasonable facilities at its on-site clinic to allow the CONSULTANT to fully perform his contracted medical services. Tl.
