HOW TO INCREASE PRESSURE AT PRINTER HEAD STATION

Issue: The printing quality is blurry when print out hangtags (RBO#Amazon, Polo)

Cause: the pressure at printing head with platen roller not enough so it made issue occurred

Solution: Increase pressure at printer head station by 2 ways:

1) Paste the rebber 1 mm on surface of printer head

If the result is still bad, you can continue to number 2

2) Insert the layers under the 2 springs at printer head station to increase pressure follow step by step as
below:

• Turn off the printer

• Remove the printer head out the station

• Remove the bracket out of the station

Remove bracket (28) by open screw (29) & (24)

• Insert the layer 4 layers under the springs

• Assembly the bracket (28) back the station (25) with 2 springs (27) and 2 red screws (26).

• Assembly the printer head back then run test to check the result
