Is the Internet a useful invention?

In my opinion, the Internet is one of the biggest inventions in

human history. The Internet is a huge network that connects all
the computers. It includes the World Wide Web (www), social
networking sites like Instagram or Facebook, electronic email,
and many others. It connected the world in a way that made it
much easier for people to get information, share, and
communicate. Nowadays, most people cannot imagine life
without the Internet. The internet has given us new options
that we never even dreamed of! For example, we don’t have to
send letters to find out what’s going on with our family or
friends, all we need to do is write a short message and click
send. We can start our own businesses online and earn money
or even get rich. When we are writing a dissertation or we are
studying for some test we can easily find pieces of information
online. We don’t have to go to shops because we can shop
online for books, makeup, clothes, and many different useful
things. We have the opportunity to read about our interests and
practice foreign languages (mainly English). To sum up, The
internet has been one of the greatest inventions in human
history that has provided the service of getting us to places
around the world without leaving our rooms with just a click.
