Fish Philosophy

“Fish is a parable, an invented story about finding the deep source of energy creativity and
passion that exists inside each of us by learning to love what we do, even if at the moment we
may not be doing exactly what we love”

Story

Mary Jane and Dan found a Job. Both were excited and happy with their job. There was a
sudden death of Dan. Marry Jane developed a great reputation in the company. Later she got
promotion to 3rd floor in few days. 3RD FLOOR was like TOXIC ENERGY DUMP. As it was the
group everyone loved to hate. It was full of negative energy. She got very upset. Suddenly she
saw pike place fish market. She met Lonnie (one of the fish guy). Later she got friendly with
him. Then she share her problems related to Toxic Energy Dump. Lonnie tried to help her with
the help of pike place fish market. Marry Jane benefited from Lonnie’s idea. Then she slowly
started implementing it on her workplace. Firstly her staff members were not ready to accept
it. She gave an assignment to make a visit to that place. Some of the staff members try to
negotiate with fish mongers. It resulted into good learning experience, which changed their
perception. It resulted into good learning experience, which changed their perception. They
realized importance of their work and started working hard along with Mary Jane, for proving
others wrong. Lastly they became successful in converting the name called “Toxic Energy
Dump” into “Good, Enthusiastic & Fun Loving work place”. In the end, Mary Jane won best
Chairwomen’s award.
