Project Description
Mechanical : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of HVAC equipments, Air cooled chillers, Fresh
Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units with all pipe work, ducting and accessories.

Electrical : Supply, Installation and Commissiong of Low voltage, switchgear with sub distribution
boards and cabling works. The installation was completed with final fixtures i.e light fittings and switch
socket accessories.
Low Voltage : Supply, installation of CCTV, MATV/Dish and structure cabling. The services are moni-
tored / controlled by BMS

Plumbing : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of plumbing and drainage system comprising
tanks, pumps, sanitary ware and relevant pipe works.
Fire Protection : The system consists of addressable fire alarm, evacuation, emergency / exit lights, sprin-
klers, hose reels and Fire pumps.
