Session 1: Addressing Communication Gaps for Effective Leadership

Introductory SAY:
Activity 1. The pair will sit back-to-back with a paper and pencil each.
(10 minutes) One member takes on the role of a speaker, and the other

1. I take note to give simple and understandable instructions so
that the listener will easily to comprehend what I am talking
about. This could ne applied in real-life interactions most
especially inside the workplace, giving instructions to
subordinates, relaying information to colleagues.
2. To decrease the chance of miscommunication in real life
dialogue, I’ll make sure to have a clarification after giving
such information so that I can entertain their queries also
while explaining the content I can give them sample
situations to help them picture out what I want them to
understand.

Session 2: Introduction to MS Teams

● Microsoft Teams is a persistent chat-based collaboration

Possible Answers:
a. Teams increases productivity by making all your
collaboration– conversations, chats, online meetings,
shared files, tasks, etc. available in one single app and
one single interface. In addition to the widely used
apps from Microsoft, you have a wide range of 3rd
party apps that integrate into Teams so that your users
never have to leave the Teams app to get their work
done. With Teams, you can easier focus your attention
on work-related topics and prioritize your time better,

to speed.
