Title of Project: Seallette Sandwich


I. OBJECTIVES:
1. Prepare all the tools & equipment needed.
2. Prepare all the ingredients.
3. Perform mise en place.
4. Present an attractive and delicious SEALLETE SANDWICH with appropriate accompaniment.

II. INGREDIENTS:

3 whole eggs free
1 pinch salt free
1 pinch Black pepper free
1 Tbsp. butter free
2 sliced bread free
2 sliced ham
2 sliced cheese
2 sliced Korean seaweeds

III. PROCEDURE:
1. Cook the 2 slices of ham on the pan
2. Diced the 2 cooked ham and set aside it.
3. Crack the 3 eggs on the mixing bowl.
4. Add 1 pinch of salt and black pepper.
5. And add 2 korean seaweeds , crushed it and put it in the mixing bowl together with the eggs.
6. Beat the eggs for 1-2 minutes.
7. Add 1 tbps. of butter on the pan and melt it over low heat.
8. Put the beaten eggs to the pan and add the 2 slices of bread.
9. Cook it for 2 minutes and then flip the eggs.
10. Put 1 or 2 slices of cheese on the egg.
11. Cook it for 1 minute.
12. Put the omelette sandwich on a plate and use the diced ham to toppings it.
13. And garnish it.
