Project Team Contract
Project Name:
This contract will be used for both assignments and final project. The table below will be used
to itemize responsibilities/tasks for each team member, specific to the final project.

Code of Conduct: As a project team, we will:
Work proactively, anticipating potential problems and preventing their reoccurrence.
Keep other team members informed of information related to the project.
Focus on what is best for the entire project team.
Participation: We will:
Be honest and open during all project activities.
Provide the opportunity for equal participation.
Be open to new approaches and consider new ideas.
Let the TRM Team Project Lead know well in advance if a team member has to miss a meeting or
may have trouble meeting a deadline for a given task.
Communication: We will:
Keep discussions on track and have one discussion at a time.
Use the telephone, email, instant messaging, texts, and other technologies to assist in
communicating.
Have a designated TRM Team Project Lead facilitate all meetings and arrange for phone or other
technology communication platforms, as needed.
Work together to create the project schedule and related information and enter actuals, issues,
risks, and other assigned information into our project document in a respectful and timely
manner for all project team members to respond.
Problem Solving: We will:
Only use constructive criticism and focus on solving problems, not blaming project team
members.
Strive to build on each other’s ideas.
Bring in new ideas when necessary.
Meeting Guidelines: We will:
Plan to have meetings (face-to-face or electronically) of the entire project on a specified date
every week.
Hold other meetings between project team members as needed.
Develop and follow an agenda.

Note: Any issues with project team members NOT adhering to this contract
agreement, including their assigned duties within the project, MUST be reported to
your course Instructor immediately.
Any changes to this Contract after initial submission must be approved by your course
Instructor and an explanation provided.
