The goal of this exercise/document is to clearly develop a set of team-based
expectations. Role-play may help with the process!
Code of Conduct:
If you are unable to show up to group meeting, let team know in advance.
If you are given an assignment by group complete it by the day discussed or have
conversation with team so that we can adjust accordingly.
Participation:
Each member is expected to show up and be engaged while group is meeting.
Group members are expected to communicate with other members on
assignments and deadlines.
Project manager is expected to CC other group members to emails with professor
and sponsor.
Preparation:
Group members should know what needs to be done and be caught up on all
things related to the project.
Communication:
Answer group message accordingly.
Meeting Guidelines:
Our group decided we will meet every Wednesday at 5:30pm
Problem Solving: (what happens if there are violations?, what signifies a violation?
majority vote? 3 strike rule?)
If contract is breached, we have decided as a group we will assess a warning first,
then any other penalties will result in strikes.
Three strikes will result in group meeting with professor discusses breach of team
contract.
