The goal of this exercise/document is to clearly develop a set of team-based
expectations. Role-play may help with the process!
Code of Conduct:
 If you are unable to show up to group meeting, let team know in advance.
 If you are given an assignment by group complete it by the day discussed or have
conversation with team so that we can adjust accordingly.
Participation:
 Each member is expected to show up and be engaged while group is meeting.
 Group members are expected to communicate with other members on
assignments and deadlines.
 Project manager is expected to CC other group members to emails with professor
and sponsor.
Preparation:
 Group members should know what needs to be done and be caught up on all
things related to the project.
Communication:
 Answer group message accordingly.
Meeting Guidelines:
 Our group decided we will meet every Wednesday at 5:30pm
Problem Solving: (what happens if there are violations?, what signifies a violation?
majority vote? 3 strike rule?)
 If contract is breached, we have decided as a group we will assess a warning first,
then any other penalties will result in strikes.
 Three strikes will result in group meeting with professor discusses breach of team
contract.
