A.Team Structure:
1) During this group assignment we will be sharing leadership.
2) When we are making the decisions we will take a vote.
3) Kelly is in charge of making sure everything is turned in on time.
4) When we decide to meet outside of class we will text everyone and set a date that
everyone is available for.

B. Team Procedures:
1) Kelly will be in charge of setting meetings and making sure everyone is on track
for it. When we need to make a certain time to meet we will text each other..
2) If a team member is absent we would make sure that person gets the work
completed for that day, If a team member is absent consecutively and does not do their
work or even is just late to a meeting then they will have to write I will not be late and
do my work on time fifty(50) times in cursive.
C. Team Participation:
1) A strategy we would use to make sure everyone cooperates and does their work is
to give out prizes. (Prizes may vary)
2) To help encourage everyone to do their work on time we the team will encourage
every team member and let them know what a good job they are doing.
3) To make sure everyone is on task and doing what they are suppose we the team
will make sure our phones are put away for the duration of however long it takes to get
what is suppose to be done.
D. Personal Accountability:
1) Each individual team member is expected to have active participation, be at
school everyday unless an emergency happens (notify a member if this occurs.), and have
decent punctuality ALL THE TIME!
2) An individual team member is expected to do the work they are assigned ALL
THE TIME!
3) A team member is expected to communicate with the group ALL THE TIME!
4) Each team member is to put a 100% commitment into the group and their work
ALL THE TIME!
E. Consequences of breach of contract:
1) There will be no peer evaluation. We trust each other with the responsibility to
complete their work completely. All group members will receive the same grade on every

aspect of the project regardless of their contribution and regardless of any problems that
may arise throughout the semester.
2) Policies of handling violations of the team contract are the team members get
together and discuss the problem and try to find out what is going on with that member.
3) Policies for handling persistent violations are the team pulls that person aside
again and discuss what's going to go on if they keep letting the team down.
