REPERCUSSIONS
If any member of the team breaks the guidelines, team members will remind that
member of the guidelines. If this member continues to ignore the guidelines of the team
contract, receive a grade one letter lower than the grade the assignment receives.
The foundation for our groups dismissal process is a series of warnings from the other
group members. Each group member is allotted three warnings. Upon receiving the fourth
warning an email will be sent to the prof. about a reduction in points. The amount of warnings
given out for a single infraction will vary based on the seriousness of the violation. All warnings
must be a written description of what contract infringement took place and every group member,
except for the person receiving the warning, must sign it.

Guidelines for Warnings are as Follows:

Nonparticipation: 3 Warning
Not completing tasks: 3 Warning
10-30 minutes late: 1 Warning
30+ minutes late: 2 Warnings
(If hour ahead warning or reasonable excuse, then other arrangements can be worked
out).
