EcoUniverse:
Cultivating a sustainable community and harvesting a brighter future

Goal:
Help build a comprehensive platform of sustainability, starting in our local communities and
expanding worldwide.

Mission statement:
Providing education and knowledge to expand sustainable systems through awareness and
outreach while working to drive passion for the environment for future members of
communities.

Team Members:
Donald Fenn, Ashley Fenn, Christopher Duree, Andrew Fehdrau, Cristy Dorn

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Group contributions: All team members have and will continue to contribute to our group project
by:
Utilizing google docs and google slides.
Utilize ASU canvas inbox for communication.
Attend Group meetings via zoom.
Edit and add to team slides.

Individual contributions:
 Donald: Slide 1-7
 Chris: Create google slides and send to all team members, prototype imaging, and Slide
1-7
 Andy: Slide 1-7
 Cristy: Submit Team Charter, Slide 1-7, research on digital marketing and public
campaigning.
 Ashley: Slide 1-7, powerpoint formatting and research on farmers markets.

Project Milestones:
 02/05/23: Initial charter zoom meeting: Discuss and collaborate on creation of team
charter
 02/05/23: Team charter submission: Cristy will create a google docs and submit via
canvas.
 02/08/23: Google slide presentation will be sent out to the group via canvas inbox. Chris
will create and send out to the team via canvas inbox.
 02/19/23: 1st draft of presentation via zoom meeting: Draft of presentation will be shown
and team members will collaborate and edit together.
 02/26/23: Final review of presentation via zoom meeting: Presentation will be shown and
team members will finalize presentation together.
 02/26/23: Submission of final presentation: Submission will be via canvas.

Group Norms:
1. All team members are expected to login once or twice per week to contribute and/or edit
slides/docs.
2. All team members are expected to be open and additive to ideas that are in our document.
No deleting things without a detailed explanation or note.
3. All decisions must be made by consensus, with collaboration as our goal.
4. No judgment, harsh criticism towards others ideas. Must be constructive with a goal of
collaboration.
5. All team members must participate in our group project, via editing documents and
attending zoom meetings.
