In view of the upcoming Solemn Investiture Rites in June 2023, please take note of the
following guidelines in reference to MEMO 85 dated May 3, 2023 from the Office of the
Vice Rector for Finance:
Collection of Solemn Investiture Fee

1) The Solemn Investiture Fee will be utilized to cover the expenses incurred for the rites,
including the following:
• Use of the University's facilities, including utilities and air conditioning
• Maintenance
• Security costs
• Expenses for the set-up of the venue
2. Amount to be paid: One thousand pesos (P 1,000.00).
• The fee will include the accommodation for the graduating student and two guests.
3. Payments shall be made through the bills payment facility of our partner banks:
• Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
• China Banking Corporation (China Bank)
• Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank)
• Security Bank Corporation (Security Bank)
4) The payment reference number shall be as follows:

For BPI, China Bank, and Metrobank (18-digits)

5) In case the bank requests for a copy of the MyUSTE Payment Slip, advise the bank teller that
you are making non-tuition fee payments.

6) The processing of payment, like other payments made through bills payment, will be
processed, and posted in three working days.
