5. What do you think is the hardest part in making decisions? Why do you say so?
- For me, the hardest part of making a decision is the letting go of something
precious for you because sacrifices are crucial in deciding for more progression.
Therefore, the weighing of options is the hardest part in making decision as it
includes every single possibilities that would affect your business in the future.
6. Do you believe that what you are today is the result of decisions you have made in the
past? Why or why not?
- Yes indeed I believe because like the iceberg theory, what you are now successful
or unsuccessful is because of the past failures, sacrifices, disappointments,
discipline, hard work, dedication, persistence, etc. To simply put, without the past,
there will be no present.
7. What is at risk in making decisions in business? Why do you say so?
- In my opinion, your business as a whole is at risk in making decisions because
everything you decide will determine the future outcome of your business, you
might become very successful. On the other hand, it might lead to the downfall of
your business.

III. EVALUATION
8. What do you think is the most important factor in hiring an employee? Why do you say
so?
- The most important factor in hiring an employee is the talent and loyalty of the
people because skills can be learned and experience can be accumulated. Talent
is the best because people can easily adapt to any type of situation and even
learn more and improve more and faster than normies. Loyalty because we need
to make sure that they can’t be easily swayed by other circumstances.
9. In your own perspective, why is it taking time to process regularization? Why do you
say so?
- In my perspective, it takes a lot of time for a person to become a regular at work
because they must be at their very best condition to handle a very professional
work. They must possess everything that makes them suitable for regularization.
10. What is the most important thing we need to discover in having an interview? Why do
you say so?
- For me, it is there personality because in interviewing people, we can talk to them
in face to face, so we could learn how they react to things and how they behave.
Unlike just picking based on paper which we don’t know them at all. There are
even instances that people with inferior achievements will get picked rather than
those with better achievements because they have better personality and can
handle situations better. That is why I believe that the most important thing we can
discover in interviewing people is there personality.
