Transnet Retirement Fund - Divorce - Yourself vs. KG Moepeng

The Final Order of Divorce dated 18 August 2023 received in this office refers.

In terms with the provisions of the Settlement Agreement which relates to division of the
pension interest your ex-spouse is entitled to a portion of your pension benefits as on date
of divorce. The portion awarded by the court order to your ex-spouse amounts to
R471,046.29. This amount was disinvested from your member account with the Transnet
Retirement Fund on 05 September 2023.

The value of your member account on date of disinvestment amounted to R942,710.70.

After the disinvestment of R471,046.29 your adjusted member account now amounts to
R471,664.41.

Payment of the awarded pension benefit (ex-spouse portion) will be done according to
your ex-spouse's instructions.
