§1

Subject of the lease agreement

1. The subject of the lease is a bike/scooter of the brand: Rower trekkingowy

2. The Lessor declares that he is the owner or has the right to rent a bike/scooter,
referred to in point. 1, and the subject of the lease is efficient and serviceable.

§2

Issuing the subject of the lease

1. The Lessor declares that he undertakes to issue the Tenant described in §1 the
subject of the lease not later than within 3 calendar days from the date of conclusion
of this contract..

2. Renting a bike/scooter means making the bike/scooter available to the Lessee for
the duration of the contract..

3. The bike/scooter may be operated throughout the country by authorized persons

only with the written consent of the Lessor and delivered to the Lessee by post or e-
mail..

§3

Termination of the lease agreement

At the end of the rental, the Lessee will return the vehicle in a non-deteriorated
condition beyond the normal consumption, taking into account the use of the vehicle
by the Lessor for purposes related to his business.

§4

Duration of the contract

1. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period..

2. The rental bike/scooter starts on the day the bike/scooter is released..

§5

Rent

1. The amount of the monthly reward, subject to the provisions of this contract, will
be determined conventionally according to the degree of bike/scooter use..

2. The payment of rent will take place in the form of advances payable at a frequency
determined by the Lessor, but not more often than once a week..

§6

Payments

The rent referred to in §5 shall be payable in cash / by transfer to the Lessor's account

Termination

1. The Lessee has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the
event of a gross violation of the provisions of the Agreement by the Lessor and in a
situation where the Lessor once again fails to fulfill his obligations..

2. The Lessor has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the

3. In situations other than those described in point 1, the Lessee and the Lessor have
the right to terminate the contract with a weekly notice period..

arrears with payment of the rent above 14 days from the date of maturity..

5. In the event of termination of the contract, the Lessor is entitled to remuneration

for the bike/scooter rental period falling on the day of terminating the contract..

6. The notice of termination may only take place in writing under pain of nullity..

§8

Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by this contract, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

2. Possible disputes that may arise from the performance of the contract, the Parties
shall submit to the courts competent for the Lessee's seat..

3. The contract has been made in two identical copies, one for each party of the
contract agreement.
