to be my true and lawful attorney- in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do
and perform the following acts:

To appear for and in my behalf, in all circumstances which requires my personal such
as but not limited to:

To Register and Transfer the parcel of land under TCT No. T-21763 located at
Barangay Boot, Tanauan City, Batangas.

To secure, apply and claim all the pertinent documents necessary for transfer of land, to
pay the Capital Gains Tax and Doc. Stamp Tax (BIR), Transfer Tax including (EJSE),
tax clearance and Dar Clearance.

To submit or Enter all Originals to the official Book of the Registry of Deeds Tanauan
City Branch for proper transfer of the land, and to claim the New TCT.

Hereby Giving and Granting unto my said Attorney- in- Fact full power and
authority to execute and perform every act and deed necessary or proper to render
