Quickbooks online

Since in the case of KornitX and Shipstation integration, client confirms that Order desk is not required
as central point, then I assume that it is acceptable from the client side to integrate Quickbooks online
through Zenventory, without requirement of Order Desk – Zapier - Quickbooks Online.

Communication will go only from Zenventory to Quickbooks Online.

What can be automatically sent from Zenventory to Quickbooks Online every 24h:

• Sends customers: Zenventory → QuickBooks

• Sends orders as sales receipts: Zenventory → QuickBooks
• Sends vendors (suppliers): Zenventory → QuickBooks
• Sends purchase orders (POs): Zenventory → QuickBooks
• Sends item catalog: Zenventory → QuickBooks
• Sends updated inventory levels: Zenventory → QuickBooks

*If we continue with Order Desk – order submit to Quickbooks Online plan through Zapier, events from
suggested list should be selected so I can create test zaps.

Sharing on social media

For both registered and unregistered users
•Research the option where user is able to share his design from our platform to social media
(Instagram, TikTok, FB…)

Images of designed product will be listed on user profile. When user clicks on specific design, detail
page of product should be opened (page with entire 3d model??). There should be a “Share” button
where user will select social media, or simply copy url link and share on social media.

•research the possibility of previewing the shared link from external platforms

Shopify generates Open Graph tags for each product page. It allows you to control how your
content appears when shared on social media platforms. These tags include metadata such as the
title, description, and image URL associated with the product. Social media platforms use this
information to display a preview of the shared content.

•Research the possibility of "tracking back":

•Users are able to click on social media post and go back to our platform and order (both the one
that created the design and others)

When user clicks on the shared Shopify product link they came across on social media it will redirect them
to the product page from where he should be able to proceed with the checkout proccess.

•Research the option of sharing to e-commerce platforms (Amazon...) with same parameters in
mind
