I submit that the APOSS- SSC/ INTER Public Examinations April - 2023 are
scheduled to be conducted from 03.04.2023 to 17-04-2023 (SSC) from 02.30 PM
to 05.30 PM and from 03-04-2023 to 17-04-2023 (INTER) from 02.30 P.M to
05.30 PM. The Police Personnel are required for the following activities regarding
conduct of SSC Examinations.

The confidential Material of the APOSS- SSC Public examinations is arriving

Visakhapatnam on 30-03-2023 and the same has to be kept in safe custody
(Strong Room) at Govt.Queen Mary’s Girls High School, Old Post Office,
Visakhapatnam.

Therefore, I request the authority to continue the One and Four round
the clock armed guard which is constituted at Govt.Queen Mary’s Girls
High School, Old Post Office, Visakhapatnam for APOSS SSC Public
Examinations from 03.04.2023 till completion of APOSS- SSC
Examinations. Also requested to provide Wireless Set at Govt.Queen
Mary’s Girls High School Old Post Office, Visakhapatnam up to completion
of Examinations.

1. Further, I submit that the confidential material has to be distributed to the

SHOs concerned through 02 Routes in closed vehicles with Police Security
on 30-03-2023.
 Therefore, I request the authority to depute 02 armed guards for
distribution of confidential material of APOSS SSC Public Examinations April-
2023 in 05 routes (Routes list enclosed) with instructions to report at Strong
Room, Govt.Queen Mary’s Girls High School Old Post Office, Visakhapatnam by 6.00
A.M on 30-03-2023.

I further request the authority to depute 02 armed guards for distribution

of confidential material of APOSS INTER Public Examinations April-2023 in 05
routes (Routes list enclosed) with instructions to report at Strong Room,
Govt.Queen Mary’s Girls High School Old Post Office, Visakhapatnam by 6.00 A.M
on 30-03-2023.

2. Further I submit that the confidential material of APOSS–SSC has to be

deposited in the Police Stations concerned on 30-03-2023 and the
confidential material has to be withdrawn on the examination days by the
Custodian and Joint Custodians of concerned Storage Points.

Therefore, I request the authority to issue instructions to Station House

Officers of Storage Points concerned (List enclosed) to accept the Confidential
material of APOSS- SSC for deposition by the Custodians /Join Custodians/ Chief
Superintendents / Departmental Officers on 30-03-2023 and to permit the
custodians/Joint custodians to withdraw the confidential material on the
examination dates (Time table copy enclosed).

Further I request the authority to issue instructions to Station House

Officers of Storage Points concerned (List enclosed) to accept the Confidential
material of APOSS-INTERfor deposition by the Custodians /Join Custodians/
Chief Superintendents / Departmental Officers on (date of deposition of
confidential material will be informed later) and to permit the custodians/Joint
custodians to withdraw the confidential material on the examination dates (Time
table copy enclosed).

3. Further I submit that the APOSS- SSC Public Examinations April- 2023 are
scheduled to be conducted in 04 Examination Centers in the district and
the APOSS- INTER Public Examinations April- 2023 are scheduled to be
conducted in 04 Examination Centersin the district.(List of centers and
time table copies for both SSC & INTER are enclosed)

Therefore, I request the authority to issue instructions to Station

House Officers to arrange Bundobust at examination centers during
examination days (mandala wise centers list enclosed) for smooth
conduct of the above said examinations.

4. Further I submit that01 Flying Squad Teams for SSC and 01Flying
Squad teams for INTER have to be constituted with 1 Officer from
Education Department, 1 Officer from Revenue Department, 2 Officers
 from Police Department (1 not below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police, 1
Constable) for each team for proper supervision of conduct of APOSS
SSC/INTER Public Examinations April-2023.

Therefore, I request the authority to depute 01 Sub Inspector of Police and

01 escorts to constitute Flying Squad teams for APOSS-SSC Public Examinations
with instructions to report to the District Educational Officer, Visakhapatnam at
Govt. Queen Mary’s Girls High School Old Post Office, Visakhapatnam on 01-04-
2023 by 3.00 PM to receive further instructions.

Further I request the authority to depute 02 Sub Inspector of Police

and 02 escorts to constitute Flying Squad teams for APOSS-INTER Public
Examinations with instructions to report to the District Educational Officer, ,
Visakhapatnam at Govt. Queen Mary’s Girls High School Old Post Office,
Visakhapatnam on 01-03-2023 by 3.00 PM to receive further instructions.

in the District. In this regard oneflying squad teams have to be constituted to
visit the examination centers for smooth and efficient conduct of APOSS- INTER
Public Examinations.(List of Examination centers and time table copies enclosed).

In this connection, I request you to depute TWO(1) Revenue Officers not below
the rank of Deputy Tahsildar to act as Flying Squad members for APOSS-SSC
Exams with instructions to report to the District Educational Officer,
Visakhapatnam at Govt. High School,Visakhapatnam on 02.04.2023 at 3.00
P.Mand further requested to depute TWO(1) Revenue Officers not below the
rank of Deputy Tahsildar to act as Flying Squad members for APOSS-INTER
Examsat Govt. Queen Mary Girls High School, Old Post Office, Visakhapatnam on
02.04.2023 at 3.00 P.M. to receive instructions.
Further, I wish to inform you that Section 144 Cr.Pc. should be promulgated at
all the 04 examination centers of SSC and 04 examination centers of INTER for
