Prompts for a two state solution that benefits world trade whilst not severely affecting the
south pacific nations.

Acknowledging That the South China Sea is one of the most important trade routes in the
world, and a commodity rich area.

Emphasizes the need for Chinese sovereignty and historical context to be respected.

Seeking to promote alliances and diplomatic solutions to the South China Sea

1. Accepts that the international community should have access to the South China Sea as long
as they agree to be fiscalized.

2. Affirms that the sovereignty of countries in the South China Sea will be respected as long as:

a. The nation does not try to take possession of territory that is not from their original EEZ by
the following measures:
i) Increasing their EEZ with islands that are not of their property
ii) Claiming for a bigger EEZ on the basis of sunken land

4. Declares that China will not illegally fish outside of the 9 dash line

5. 5. Reinforces that if any oil or natural gas found in another country's EEZin the South China Sea is
found that can not be extracted due to lack of technology or any other factor, China and the CDB
assist that country in retrieving it.

6. Reinforce that the sea is historically from many nations of the asian pacific territory, and both china
and other countries have property over it.
