This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in

Inclusive and receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said
SELLER, the SELLER hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto

and encumbrances whatsoever and on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.

The SELLER warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from any liens
and encumbrances and that said SELLER shall defend the title and
