- When supply system pressure is drop below 28 bar,


parking brake is engaged automatically.
- Supply system pressure is too high, more then 35
bar, the pressure is reduced by pressure valve.

1. Machine is traveling under high speed on down hill.


(High speed solenoid is selected and high speed gear is engaged on T/M by operator)
2. In order to reduce speed if the operator changes low speed gear while high speed traveling, the machine
speed not be changed to low speed immediately.
(Low speed solenoid will be switched by operator but T/M is still maintained high speed gear position)
3. When machine speed is drop to low speed , then T/M will change to low speed gear position.
(Low speed solenoid is switched selected and T/M will shift down to low speed gear position)

Release parking brake is only under emergency condition .


For release parking brake, put grease in break release chamber until grease is going out from relief valve,
it means parking is released completely.

ƒ Release emergency parking brake

To make parking brake original position, open breeder


valve(3) carefully.

Lock service brake and start engine and shifting & 3rd
gear 10 ~ 20 times to remove remaining grease in chamber.

Must be bred air (Clutch, brake chamber), when gear shifting oil line was changed or trans mission
was repaired.

ƒ System pressure

1. Brake / clutch pressure : 30~35bar


2. Shift interlock pressure : 6.5 ~ 2.9 bar (1,500 ~ 900 RPM : Motor speed )
- Shifting 3rd (High speed) to 2nd (Low speed) speed :
Below 2.9 bar (Below 900 RPM : Motor speed)

ƒ Maintenance transmission

1. Oil : Engine oil (15W40)


2. Oil capacity : Vertical approx 2.5L, Horizontal approx 3.0L
3. Oil change interval : First change oil is 500 hour, every 2,000 hour
