Burger steak is a delicious and comforting dish that combines the flavors of hamburgers and
gravy. Here's a simple burger steak recipe for you:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Sliced mushrooms (optional)
Sliced onions (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic,
egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties. You can make
them round or oval-shaped, depending on your preference.
3. Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat and add a little cooking oil.
4. Cook the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your
desired level of doneness. Remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
