    Dear Ms.

    Canh,

    I am writing to recommend my choice of candidates for the aforementioned companies’


    positions.

    I strongly believe Candidate 4 would be a great match for the position in Company A. Briefly
    speaking, Candidate 4 has the potential to become an important asset for the company due to
    her qualitative communication skills. Specifically, she can persuade counterparts along with
    investors to cooperate in new projects and enhance long-term relationships with other
    businesses, regarding the infamy of cigarette industry. Furthermore, company A will have
    fewer chances of being attacked by social media thanks to her experience in dealing with
    journalists and employees.

    Candidate 2 is likely to be the most ideal for the firm B because of her integrating skills. Such
    a person can encourage subordinates to accomplish the objectives, which makes them follow
    the rules, especially the undisciplined. It is, therefore, easier to consider payment and
    promotion. Moreover, this manager tends to group those talented employees in order to take
    advantage of the human resources. This increases not only the work productivity of the
    company but also profits.

    All things considered, Candidate 1 appears to be the most suitable for company C. As the first
    Candidate has been an accomplished manager throughout his career, he may adapt to the
    firm’s requirement, which is to execute the strategies developed by senior management. If
    company C wishes to maximize advertising income, then Candidate 1 will be a wise choice.

    From my perspective, Candidate 3 has the ability to become a prominent executor in the
    future owing to his interests in setting objectives and deciding how to achieve them.
    Therefore, he is suitable for all three companies to a certain extent. Even though Candidate 3
    is promising, he needs to receive training and complement knowledge as well as professional
    qualifications.
