Into Literacy Program

KEY INFORMATION
RAM FAM,

We thank you for taking step in valuing your success in the classroom. Now that you have taking the first
step by registering, let’s make sure your journey to success is supported as much as
possible. There are a few key items we need you to know:

1. Report time for the first session is 3:45. The tutoring session is from 3:45pm to
5:45pm. Attendance will be kept daily. Safety is our first concern, and we must make sure
students are in their designated areas.

2. Students who are taking the bus home should report to the bus lanes immediately after being
released from the tutoring session. Car riders will wait outside in the front of the school.
Students will not be allowed to wait in the building as the building must be cleared. Supervision
is provided until 6:00. Students who are repeatedly picked-up late will be asked to switch to bus
transportation, or they will not be allowed to stay after school. It takes 2 weeks to be added to
the bus transportation list.

3. Students should only attend on the days in which you registered. For example, if you signed up
for Monday and Tuesday please only attend on those days. If you attend a day you did not sign
up for, bus transportation WILL NOT BE provided. Rams are always expected to be Respectful
Accountable Motivated and Successful in everything we do. Behavior and effort during
the program should remain aligned with daily NHS expectations and students are expected to
follow all rules and procedures stated in the student handbook while participating in all
L.U.N.G.E. into Literacy activities.**
