Objective:
Maysan Refinery aims to increase the separation of crude oil into its products
in the fourth production unit- crude oil distillation.

Variables;
1- Increase the amount of nutrients in the tower
2- Increase the number of trays
3-Control the pressure and temperature of the tower
4- Reducing the rate of reflux to tower
5- Increasing the conversion.
6- Increasing the input steam from the reboiler from the bottom of the
variable tower

Constants:
1-Do not exceed the permissible limit for increasing the flow rate
2- Do not exceed the permissible limit in increasing the steam rate to keep the
products at the bottom of the tower from breaking
3- Control the temperature and pressure of the tower to the extent that allows
it to maintain light material
4- Do not reduce the reflux rate to the point where heavy products and light
products exit from the top of the tower
