-This is my opinion about aerobic and anaerobic exercises Base on my opinion a aerobic
exercise considered by most experts to be the single most important component of fitness. It is
also very important because the body’s cardiovascular and muscular systems is provide the
necessary energy to sustain activity that uses the large muscle groups over an extended period of
time. Aerobic exercise increases the efficiency of respiration, improves blood volume,
distribution, and delivery to muscles. While in the other side the anaerobic exercise uses energy
that’s readily available in your muscle, because the body isn’t relying on oxygen, these strong,
powerful movements. Anaerobic exercise is also good to strengthens bones, burns fat, builds
muscle and maintains muscle mass, which is important for people as they age. The best example
exercise in anaerobic exercise is high-intensity interval training, heavy weightlifting calisthenics
like jump squats, box jumps, or other plyometrics.
