In at least 2 paragraphs, discuss and give example: how can one achieve a "sense of commitment" to

any participation process?

The cornerstone of any organization or group is commitment. It is what makes them functional. In light
of this, I think that people feel and attain a sense of commitment if they actively engage in initiatives
that enhance their neighborhood and the quality of life within or any participation processes. And I
believe that the practice that exhibits commitment is engagement. It is almost tricky to talk
about commitment without addressing the term 'engage'.

For instance, people organize waste-clearing drive initiatives, volunteer their time at animal shelters or
shelters for the homeless, support the upkeep of parks and playgrounds, and many other things. People
are much more efficient at influencing others the more engaging they are. A large majority of individuals
will actually feel a sense of commitment if a group acts with determination.
