That I, JOSEFINA G. NANCE, of legal age, married, a Filipino-American Citizen, and with residence and
postal address at 2336 Greenfield Drive, Belleville, Illinois United States, do hereby name, constitute, and
appoint LEONI FRANCIS LAGRAMA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at
Purok Caimito, Tagaytay, Vito, Minglanilla Cebu to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:
1. To procure the necessary documents needed for the permits on the improvements built on LOT NO.
5327-A situated in Vito, Minglanilla Cebu;

2. To file and or process the documents necessary for the permits of the said improvements;

3. To perform all such other act as may be necessary to make the purpose of this document effective;
4. To perform all acts necessary for the maintenance and preservation of the said lot and improvements;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any
and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully
to all intents and purpose as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person;

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done
under by virtue of these presents. The authority hereinabove granted to the aforementioned person shall remain
valid and subsisting until the same is revoked by me either personally, in writing, or upon my direction.
