FACTS OF THE CASE: That on or about 11:30 AM September 05, 2023, Ms. Jessie Haron 23 year old,
female, Filipino, call center agent, was born on July 28,1999 and a resident on purok 4- D'BAN Calamba,
Misamis Occidental came to this station to report the incident.

Ms. Jessie Haron was having Drinking session with 5 of her friends together with the suspect. when she
goes to the comfort room the suspect also followed her and rape her inside.

The suspect was identified as Mr. Ryan Bert Dagumo alyas tanggol Filipino, single male, 23 year old was
born on October 26,2000 and a resident on purok 4 solinog, Calamba Misamis Occidental.
