Regardless of how frequently this as is performed, it shall never be considered as a routine operation, 50 PROCEDURE 5.1 Manriding Operations should be avoided whenever possible and omly undertaken when an essential task must be performed and tere is no practical and safe ater hatve other than maniding to accomplish the tsk. 52 All manriding operations require the planning and risk reduetion process of a Task-Specific Job Safty Analysis ISA).
