In case of promotion fares, no cancellation will be allowed.
Reservations must be modified at least 24 hours before local scheduled flight departure time by calling our Fly Baghdad Call
Centre or by contacting Fly Baghdad Sales Centers or appointed travel agents in the respective region - Changes fees might be
applied.
Cancellation and refund shall be made 24 hours before local scheduled flight departure time – Refund charges will be applied.
No refund applicable on tickets falls within 24 hours of scheduled flight departure time.
For flights booked on DUBAI, changes or refunds will not be permitted within 48hrs prior to departure local time.
Unaccompanied Minors: We do not accept children traveling unaccompanied under their 12th birthday.
Passengers accompanying children should be above 18 years old.
Infant Age (Acceptance Condition):
Below 48 hrs. (2) days: Infant will not be accepted under any circumstances.
From 3rd day to 6th day: Accepted with a Fit to Fly certificate for Infant or indemnity form signed by the parent.
