Technical Query

A. You are requested to submit valve size calculation and datasheet for every type of
control valve included in ONGC bid. You are requested to supply AFR for all valves.
Spring range of all actuators shall be 0.2 to 1 kg/cm2.

B. You are requested to confirm that no other deviation is taken from stipulated
specification explicitly or implicitly. You are requested to submit an offer letter indicating
that you have bided for all items of the tender.

C. You are requested to submit duly signed and stamped copy of ONGC specification for
every type of valve as confirmation of acceptance of ONGC specification

Commercial Query

1. You are requested to submit an undertaking that you have participated in the tender
as a manufacturer of the quoted items & not as trader to avail the benefits of PPP-
MSE policy.

2. You are requested to submit a certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of
the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made
to be eligible under MII policy

3. You are requested to submit your GST registration certification as per ATC clause
10.6

4. You are requested to submit the response table as per ATC clause 10.11
