2.0 Special Tender Terms and conditions-

1.
Type of Bid : TWO BID
2. Delivery Requirement (supply + Preferred delivery period for supply is within 12 weeks
service) from LOA/PO, however vendor to quote best minimum
possible delivery period from date of LOA/PO.
3. Third party Inspection (TPI) Applicable (Refer scope of TPI in subsequent pages)
4. IBR Applicable
5. Performance Bank Guarantee : Confirm that you will furnish Performance Bank
Guarantee for 5% of the Total Order value as per clause
5.2 (e) of IOCL GPC. The PBG should be sent to us
directly by your Banker and the bank should confirm
regarding issue of BG on enquiry by IOCL.
The vendor shall furnish PBG at the time of dispatch and
the same shall be valid till delivery period plus 9 months
plus 3 months claim period. In case a vendor does not
furnish PBG, pro-rata payment of 5% shall be deducted
from vendor's invoice and retained for a period of final
delivery date plus 9 months.
6. Payment Terms (For supply part) Please confirm either 5 (a) or 5 (b)
a) Please confirm acceptance to payment terms as
100% within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of
materials at Mathura Refinery
b) Please Confirm acceptance to Payment Term, 90%
against dispatch documents through bank-SBI, MRP,
Mathura & balance within 30 days after receipt and
acceptance of Materials at Mathura Refinery
Stores/site. (Only in case transportation is made
through Bank approved transporter having office at
Mathura, and all bank charges will be to vendor's
account.)
