1. Vendor shall supplied SS316 Tag plate and SS316 sunshade for electronic equipments
2. Actuators shall be designed such as to prevent the ingress of corrosive elements
3. Positioner shall be direct acting types & shall be able to withstand the max air supply pressure.
4. Air sets, pressure filter regulator types shall be fitted with outlet pressure indicator & over pressure protection fiacility, all shall be 316LSS.
5. Tubing & fittings shall be imperial size. As a minimum, tubing shall be seamless 316LSS with 316LSS compression fittings
6. Shall be RFI/Electromagnetic compatibility as per IEC 608011(Part 3) & IEC 61000 as a minimum.
7. Lifting lugs shall be provided for all valves heavier than 25kg.
8. All electronica equipments shall be certified by ATEX or IECEx.
9. Other requirements are specifed attached " Technical requirement - Electrical and IC specificaiton for valves"
