    ICE-EM Chapter 2 — Review of Surds


    ICE-EM Chapter 3 — Review of Algebra
    ICE-EM Chapter 4 — Lines & Linear Equations
    ICE-EM Chapter 5 — Quadratic Equations
    SGS Notes Chapter 1— The Parabola
    ICE-EM Chapter 6 — Surface area, Volume & Enlargements

    References are to the ICE-EM Mathematics Year 10 Third Edition and SGS Form IV
    Notes.
    • The length of the Examination is two hours.
    • NESA approved calculators are permitted.
    • Due to COVID, the Half-Yearly in 2020 was in a different format. This was shorter
    and without the same demanding questions at the very end of the paper. Papers
    were completed at home and handed in online. In 2021 we shall return to traditional
    Grammar Half-Yearly Examination, and Examinations from 2019 and earlier are a
    better indication of what to expect and prepare for.
    Past papers from Examinations in recent years will be provided on the Form IV
    Schoology page.
