DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER who will help us increase our customer
acquisition and hit our growth revenue targets. You will be responsible for acquiring new
customers, maximizing our sales while meeting revenue goals and customer service.
There are currently no subordinate rolls to this position.
Primary duties

 Grow new wholesale and semi-wholesale business through direct sales


techniques, cold calling, business-to-business marketing visits and trade shows
 Develop and implement a plan for online retail sales
 Handle customer service and resolve concerns
 Meet and analyze quarterly sales goals and yearly forecast as set with
management
 Cultivate ongoing relationships with prospective and existing customers
 Track all sales activities from initiation to conversion using a CRM

Secondary duties

 Handle orders via email, phone, etc.


 Assist with current accounts as needed
 Liaise with other company departments to ensure sales objectives are met
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis
 Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
