about 19943.29 sq. neter total measuring about 42755.10 sq. meter
situated at Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow from Lucknow
Development Authority, Lucknow vide registered sale deeds dated 24-08
2006 registered in Book No. I Volume 5991 Pages 1/102 at No. 7861 and
Book No. I Volume 5991 Pages 103/188 at No. 7862 on 24-08-2006 in the
office of Sub-Registrar-II, Lucknow; AND
WHEREAS Sellers have entered into an agreement to sell with M/s Omaxe
Ltd. on 30-06-2010 registered in Book No. IVolume 9944 Pages 133/926
at No. 9528 on 01-07-2010 in the office of Sub-Registrar-II, Lucknow for
Commercial F.S.I. of 30821.32 sq. meter of Freehold Plot No. TC/G-2/2
and TCG-5/5, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Scheme, Lucknow and
constructing a multi storied complex on the said Freehold Plot; AND

WHEREAS the Sellers got Sale Deed executed through M/s Omaxe Ltd. on
30-07-2010registered in Book No. IVolume 10091 Pages 191/220 at No.
11556 on 09-08-2010 in the office of Sub-Registrar-II, Lucknow for
Commercial F.S.I. of 30821.32 sq. meter of along with Land area of
Freehold Plot No. TC/G-2/2 and TC/G-5/5, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar
Scheme, Lucknow; AND
AND WHEREAS Seller got.the map sanctioned from Competent
Authority of
Lucknow Development Authority. yide its Permit No. 31458 vide order dated
07.07.2011.
