4. Inspect for quantity, type, size, dimension & condition of all incoming consumables and make Material Receiving Inspection Report
(MRIR).
5. Prepare & collect all materials (test coupon) needed for the welder performance qualification test.
6. Witness, inspect & record for welder performance qualification test as per API 5L, 43rd Edition, 2004.
7. Inspect visual welded test coupon and perform radiographic film interpretation of performance qualification test.
8. Make a range of qualified records for each qualified welder.
9. Ensure pipes manufacturing, inspection, testing, and documentation following project specifications.
10. Perform inspection activities with other QA/QC personnel, welding inspectors, RT Level II technicians, and supervisors based on the
ITP & Manufacturing Inspection Checklist for all manufacturing processes.
11. Coordinating, administrating, document control, and writing reports.
12. Witness & inspect with QA/QC from Germanischer Lloyd when production/ progress and testing are available.

19. Evaluate the scanning result of manual UT-online.
20. Witness & inspects in the dimensional station.
21. Witness & inspects in welds repair station.
22. Witness & inspects in RT station.
23. Witness & inspects in hydro testing station.
24. Evaluate the scanning result of automatic UT-offline.
25. Evaluate the scanning result of manual UT-offline.
26. Witness & inspects in the beveling station.
27. Witness & inspects in painting station.
28. Interface with client representatives and all manufacturing divisions on a daily basis.
29. Assist client representative when assessment works.
30. Set a meeting with QA/QC manager & all manufacturing divisions when receiving Non-Conformance Report (NCR), carry out
corrective & preventive action, inspect those actions, and close documents.
31. Make a summary of inspection reports for each process & testing progress and report to the QA/QC manager.
32. Collect, scan & package all inspection and testing reports into box files (binders and folders).

Responsibility as UT technician:
1. Check repaired spiral welds by UT flaw detector and make related reports.
