GOAL
How to create a simplified springform page ( dashboard ) and add multiple OTBI reports to launch within Fusion Application instead of BI Analytics ?
 SOLUTION

Review video demo recording mp4 format (about 22 minutes) on the solution.

1. Get the static URL for the BI report / dashboard that you want to add

Example: https://usc9farel914261-test.bi.em2.oraclecloud.com/analytics/saw.dll?
Dashboard&PortalPath=%2Fshared%2FIncentive%20Compensation%2F_portal%2FIncentive%20Compensation%20Analyst%20Dashboard&page=Incentive%20Compensa

2. Create a new sandbox and set as active

3. Create new category (eg. Custom Participant Reports) -- optional

Navigator > Structure > Create > Create Category

Note: Use Incentive Compensation category if you want to give access to Incentive Compensation Participant or Participant Manager

4. Create new page integration

Navigator > Tools > Page Integration > New Page
Name = Demo BI Dashboard
Application Role = Incentive Compensation Participation Duty
Note: Role vs Duty ... use duty if want all roles that has that duty will have access
Web Page = about:blank
5. Add a tab to the page
Edit the new page integration just created and click on [ Add Tab ]
Name = Demo_ Report1
Application Role = Incentive Compensation Participation Duty (Note: could be the same or different depending on your security requirement)
Web Page = about:blank

6. Move the page integration under appropriate catalog.

In Structure, search for your page integration and click on the Move To icon.

7. Go to this page under Home and use page composer to add in the BI report / dashboard
Open the page and go to the tab.
Click on Customize this page (Page Composer)
a. Click on the wrench on the Web Page section and edit
b. Display options:
Name = blank (optional)
Short Desc = blank (optional)
Source = ../../analytics/saw.dll?
Dashboard&PortalPath=%2Fshared%2FIncentive%20Compensation%2F_portal%2FIncentive%20Compensation%20Analyst%20Dashboard&page=Incentive%20Compensa
Note: substitute ../../ up to the analytics part of the URL so it's not instance dependent.
c. Close

7. Review the change

8. After making all your changes, publish your sandbox so other users can see the same.
