Subject: Justification for Travel to Attend Division Management Committee

(MANCOM) Meeting

Dear Madam:

Warmest greetings!

I am writing to provide a justification for the travel of Irish L. Hilamon, the

Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of the month of October 2023 at Pantukan Elementary
School, who will be representing our school at the forthcoming Division
Management Committee (MANCOM) meeting scheduled on October 11, 2023. I
have authorized this representation in light of my unavailability due to my pre-
planned CTO (Compensatory Time Off) leave during the said date.

Given the critical nature of the MANCOM meeting and its implications for our
school's operational and academic planning, it is of paramount importance to
have a competent representative in attendance. Irish L. Hilamon, as the OIC of
the month, has been apprised of our school's stance on various matters and is
well-equipped to participate in discussions, advocate for our school's interests,
and ensure that any crucial information or decisions from the meeting are
communicated back to our institution.

Irish L Hilamon possesses an in-depth understanding of our school's goals,

priorities, and challenges. Her leadership capabilities, combined with her
dedication to our students and staff, make her an ideal choice to represent our
school in my absence. I am confident in her ability to uphold the values and
perspectives of our institution during the MANCOM meeting.
