    Lighting System Service Write up

    Current Known Issues:

    (1) Light outages due to corrosion at power tap points

    (2) Exposed copper wire at underground splice points.

    (3) Age related loss of protective weatherprófing material.

    (4) Over voltage condition found on 1 circuit with several burned out bulbs.

    Recommendations:

    (1) Re-tap all light power points and refresh all splice points, including at
    hubs. Clean corroded contacts.

    (2) Renew protective weatherproofing for all exposed copper connections.

    (3) Repair cut and disconnected lines to lights front of house & at lower
    path.

    (4) Replace all bad bulbs. Adjust supply voltages to 12V.

    (5) Create a system map for future use.
