    SUBJECT : WRITTEN EXPLANATION
    Sunday August 13,2023 I count the sales deposit from Friday sales ( aug11,2023) & Saturday sales
    ( aug 12,2023 ) in preparation for Monday deposit so that the Sunday sales will be counted on
    Monday morning. As the bank teller arrives I only endorsed for deposit is sales from august 13,2023
    and overlooked that I did not included the 2 days sales from weekend. Because of that I include
    the sales to deposit today it so happen that the bank declared bank system offline. Will wait for
    the validated slip and memo from them

    My deepest apologies and will never happen again.
