provider.
Ans – SaaS is Software as a Service where the application/software is on a
subscription basis. Cloud service provider allows user to connect and use the
cloud based softwares.

Q3. Explain the use of GPU

GPU is also known as Graphics Processing Unit and its main function is to
boost or accelerate the graphics rendering process. The use of a GPU can be
vast as it is capable of processing multiple pieces of data simultaneously
which makes it useful for Gaming, Video editing, Animating, etc.

Q4. What are the different method of implementation of new system.

Direct changeover – It is when a new system and all the features are
introduced at once while completely replacing the old system.

Parallel changeover – It is when there is a change in systems but both the

new and the old systems are being used simultaneously

Pilot changeover- The new system is only introduced in one part of the
organization and after it gets approved, the system is implemented all over
the organization.

Phased Changeover – In this method of changeover the features are

introduced one by one in the system.
