General Hazard Information Trapped Pressure

4. Assembly of Column Assembly
J 1) Use a wrench to install 1 piece of transition connector (W 42000259) ① to the lifting cylinder, and tighten J
(Torque: 75±7 N.m);
M 2) Use wrench to install 1 connector (W 42000013) ② to the lifting cylinder, and tighten (Torque: 105±10 N.m);
2 3) Install 4 pieces of U-typed plastic③ to the slider assembly④;

Installation of connector and U-typed plastic
4) Install the slider assembly on othe lift cylinder, insert the cylinder pin shaft, washer in order, and retain with the
shaft ring⑤;

5) Install the assembled lifting cylinder and the slider assembly into the column welding assembly⑥, insert the
cylinder pin shaft, washer in order, and secure the pin shaft with bolt⑦ (Torque: 105±20 N.m);
Required tooling: torque wrench (18)
Key points: Pay attention to cylinder installation direction (install in the direction as shown by the arrow in
the figure)

J 1) Install stand support assembly①, cylinder support assembly② to the column welding assembly, install the pin J
shaft, and then secure the pin shaft with the bolt and nut (Torque: 55±10 N.m);
M 2) Install the bowl③ to support assembly;

6. Installation of Support Assembly and Column Welding Assembly
J 1) Lift support assembly① to the front frame, insert bolt, thick washer, washer, nut in turn, and fasten it to the J
retainer plate of front frame (Torque: 900±100 N.m);
M 2) Lift column welding assembly② to the support assembly, insert the bolt, washer, nut in turn, and fasten it to the
2 support assembly (Torque: 900±100 N.m);

7. Installation of the Upper and Lower Connecting Rod Assembly
1) Installupper connecting rod assembly① t to the connection of the frame and support assembly, insert
bolt, washer, nut in order, and tighten (Torque: 900±100 N.m);
2) Installlower connecting rod assembly② to the connection of the frame and support assembly, insert
bolt, washer, nut in order, and tighten (Torque: 900±100 N.m);
Required tooling: torque wrench (36)

9. Installation of Pushrod Assembly
J 1) Install mount assembly①to rear ripper②, insert the pin shaft,pin-cotter to fix them; J
M 2) Install pushrod assembly③to the front and rear connections, insert the bolt and nylon locknut in turn, and
fasten one end to the blade assembly,④and the other end to the mount assembly⑤(Torque: 900±100 N.m);

left of the work valve, install 3 transition connectors (W 42000019) ④ to the upper left of the work
valve,(Torque: 60±6 N.m)
2) Install 1 transition connector (W 42000282) ⑤, 1 transition connector (W 42000279) ⑥ to the bracket
assembly⑦, install 3 transition connectors (W 42000281) ⑧, 3 transition connectors (W 42000247) ⑨ to the
bracket assembly (Torque: 60±6 N.m);

13. Installation of Work Valve Line
J 1) Install the bracket assembly① to the front frame, fasten it with bolt and washer (Torque: 55±10 N.m); J
M 2) Install 1 high voltage hose assembly (MG 19207002) ②, install 1 high voltagehose assembly (MG 19207004)
③, install 1 high voltage hose assembly (MG 19207006) ④, install 1 high voltage hose assembly (MG
2 19207008) ⑤ to the upper left of the work valve (high voltage hose④ Torque: 70±12 N.m, the remaining three
pieces: 49±7 N.m);

3) After connecting each high voltage hose, install a single line clip, and use bolt and washer to fix the high

16. Installation of Wire Cable Assembly and the Edge
J 1) Install 1 wire cable assembly (W 41003000)① to the ripper stand assembly collar, and install 1 wire cable J
assembly (W 41004000) ② tothe stand assembly collar (for the detail, see the figure below);
M 2) Install the edge③, in turn insert bolt, nut and tighten (Torque: 270±40 N.m)
